MATERIALS, CARE, MEASUREMENT
The metal used is brass (therefore nickel free) and, like silver, is subject to slight oxidation. Many love this type of effect because it gives a vintage touch to objects but you can still remove it easily. We advise you to do this by gently rubbing a soft cloth with a few drops of Sidol or Argentil on the metal parts, taking care not to touch the stone. Rinse, dry well and place the item in an airtight bag to prevent oxidation.
If your wrist size is not among those we already offer, you are invited to let us know in the "special instructions for the seller" after adding the product to the cart. We will be happy to offer you the best solution.
RETURN POLICY
We are aware of the excellent quality of our products, but we also know that since these are entirely handmade items they could present small defects which do not alter their quality. However, if you receive a seriously damaged item, we will organize the return and plan with you the best solution (Voucher or Exchange). In this case please do not hesitate to contact us within 15 days of delivery.
